NOTE: The 2024 General Election is November 5, 2024.

The registration deadline for the 2024 General Election 

is October 7, 2024 4:00 p.m. local time.

In order to be eligible to vote, you must:

*Be a resident of Kentucky and the United States for no less than 28 days prior to the election *Not be a convicted felon, if civil rights have not been restored *Not be declared mentally incompetent by a court of law and have voting rights removed *Not claim the right to vote anywhere other than Kentucky *Be at least 18 years of age before the general election
